Nothing racist about those brave people, they fought for good and to stop us being oppressed by an evil madman.

Each and every one deserves our highest respect, they didn't want to die, they wanted to win, they fought with bravery that most of us will never match.

And yes, I would expect any that are still around must be indeed wondering why the hell they bothered.
