One to get the old blood going..

The UK is to be taken to the European Court of Justice over its alleged failure to correctly assess whether EU migrants are entitled to benefits.

Britain is accused of discriminating against those from EU member states who have been living and working in the UK.

It is alleged an extra residency test applied by the UK to see if migrants are eligible to claim breaches EU law.

A British official said he could not comment on court action until the commission made its decision public

Apparently they are annoyed that people who arrive here and were suddenly made redundant were not instantly given benefits, they were also annoyed that women who briefly worked and then got up the duff were not given benefits.

We rules they were not entitled....

Its about time this country made it plain and straight, you come here to work, doing the Big Issue is not working because its a known dodge to get benefits, working for your mate and suddenly made redundant for odd reasons does not entitle you to benefits, the same as women who come here to work but oh so accidentally get up the duff and want benefits.

Sorry, it has to stop...

There has to be a minimum time you have worked before you can claim, 5yrs minimum I say..

Benefits for multi child families who persist to have children MUST be frozen.

The EU and any other do gooder people MUST be told to clear off, its British business and we refuse to budge.

Yes people get away with it in the UK but lets stop the wholesale trade route if you will from the benefits tourists and then crack down on all the grubbies here who think the benefits system is a place to live off because they CHOOSE not to work. I still remember the TV interview I posted on here from a morning TV show where this 'woman' sat in here flat, she had NEVER worked, looked like Waynetta from The Slobs and was whining about a letter from the DWP telling her to conserve her money and not waste it on drink, cigs etc.

She actually sat there live and said "its my money I do what I like, this is the way I chose to live (on benefits)".

Now clearly her lift was broken many floor down but the attitude was the same as I've seen here, "the money is mine", NO ITS NOT, YOU PAID FA IN..

"I chose to live in benefits"...NO, YOU HAVE GOT AWAY WITH IT...

Same with "Its my body / my religion, I have as many kids as I want", fine, but after two you fund them while living off the state you cheeky ponce....

Break this culture here and we have a chance, leave it to fester and its shit street for us all.
